Once you have called our office and explained the problem you are having, a representative will then schedule an on site consultation with you and a certified professional. The professional will walk the site with you and evaluate the root cause of your problem. The Pro will explain in full detail, why your problem exist, what's the best solution, give you an estimated price range for the project, discuss your options, and try to keep everything within your budget. The pro will also draft a unique drainage system, designed to address and correct your problem they will also provide you with a rough sketch of the design. The system will be specifically designed for your individual yard. The Pro will then go over everything with you and explain to you, exactly how and why this design would work best for resolving the issue at hand.

After you have decided to move forward with your project and your deposit (1/3 of the total price) is paid, our team will then begin ordering all equipment and material, schedule Ms.Utility to survey your land, draft a detailed drawing of the system and submit all necessary paperwork to acquire all required permits if needed. After receiving the permit we will then give you a call so we can go over your availability and discuss what hours work best for you. You will then be added to the schedule no more than a week out, following that phone call.

On the start day of your project our team will come out to your home and quickly begin the install. The installation typically takes about three days once the project begins, Depending on the size of your project and the scope of work.( An Installment payment will be due after the first day of work is completed. This will be another 1/3rd of the total balance) . All work is to be hand dug to avoid the puncturing of any un marked pipes, electrical wires and/or cable lines. Once we have completed the underground work, we will then test the system with water, checking for a steady flow and efficient drainage. Our team will then dispose of any access dirt and begin repairing your lawn back to its original look. You won't be able to tell that we've actually dug anything. Amongst completion we will walk the site with you and show and explain everything you need to know about maintaining the system and answering any and all of your questions. After you give your approval and OK , final payment will then be due.

The most important question, How much is all this going to cost me? These prices are meant to give you a general idea of how much you could potentially be looking at for a complete drainage system only. The prices listed below are most likely the max amount you would be looking to spend for a complete waterproofing or lawn drainage system installed.
Small Project
$500-$5k
On average a small lawn drainage/waterproofing job will tend to be somewhere in the price range of $5,000.00. A small size lawn drainage project would be a lawn around about 200 or less linear feet. This varies with all jobs.
Med Project
$5k-$9k
On average a medium size project will be around $9,000.00. A medium size lawn drainage project will be a lawn around about 200 - 250 linear feet This varies with all jobs
Large Project
$9k-$14k
On average a large project will be around $14,000.00. A large size lawn drainage project would be a lawn around about 250 or more linear feet. This varies with all jobs.
