3. Is there a long-term contract or cancellation fee?

No there is not. FLOWGUARD™ is completely month-to-month with zero cancellation penalties. No commitment—just coverage when you need it.

4. What happens if I have an emergency outside business hours?

Gold Members have access to our 24/7 Emergency Hotline and Services
Basic and Plus Members also get emergency support, though 24/7 services are reserved for Gold Members only.

5. What if my issue isn’t fully covered, do I still get help?

Yes. Even if something falls outside your coverage, all members get:
