 After our on-site consultation, the next step is to finalize the details and turn our plan into a reality. Our planning and scheduling process is designed to be transparent, collaborative, and stress-free. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect as we prepare to begin your project. 

 Once you've reviewed your detailed estimate, we'll schedule a time to discuss the project in full. We'll answer any remaining questions and finalize the project scope. We understand that a major project is a significant investment, which is why we've established a clear and manageable payment structure:

• Initial Deposit: An initial deposit of one-third (1/3) of the total project cost is due upon signing the contract. This secures your spot on our schedule and allows us to begin the preparation process.
• Second Installment: The second payment is due when we are halfway through the project. This ensures our team can continue working without interruption.
• Final Payment: The final payment is due only after the work is 100% of the agreed upon scope of work is completed.

 After the initial deposit is satisfied, we'll officially secure a project start date that works for you. This allows our team to immediately begin the extensive planning and preparation required for a successful job. During this time, we will:

• Secure Materials and Equipment: We will begin the process of ordering all the necessary materials and coordinating any specialized equipment deliveries.
• Obtain Permits: If your project requires any local permits, we will handle that process on your behalf to ensure all work is compliant with local regulations.
• Detailed Project Planning: Our team will create a day-to-day outline and a detailed scope of work, providing you with a clear roadmap for what's to be completed and a projected job completion date.

 Your peace of mind is our top priority. After all contracts are signed and payments are in place, we'll schedule one last site visit with you. This final walkthrough is a chance to address any last-minute concerns, requests, or questions you may have before we break ground. It ensures we're all on the same page and fully prepared to deliver the high-quality results you expect from Go Away Drains.
